Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped, except as described below.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order is placed, we may be unable to cancel, modify, or refund the order.

Damages, Issues, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@drinkavail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If we determine that your item was damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation before resolving the issue.

Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are consumable food and beverage products, we do not accept returns for any reason, including but not limited to taste preferences, change of mind, accidental orders, delayed shipments, or products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

We also do not accept returns or refunds on sale items, promotional items, gift cards, or pre-order items, except where required by law.

Pre-Orders

Some products may be offered for pre-order. Pre-order shipping dates are estimates only and may change due to production, fulfillment, carrier, or other delays. By placing a pre-order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Pre-orders are final sale and are not eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law or if we cancel the order.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
