Order Processing 

The AVAIL Customer Care team is committed to efficiently processing orders. Orders placed before 12 pm EST are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

Fulfillment

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST

Order Edits

Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited. We are unable to update quantities, add or remove items, or modify the shipping address.
